Cam’s Corner Dedication at Overton Park

This morning was the very special dedication of Cam’s Corner at Overton Park, and I was so honored to photograph the event!  I took pictures of the Cole family for the past couple of years, and just weeks before Cam’s passing last year.  During our shoot last fall, Cameron told his son stories of firetrucks for 45 minutes in order to hold the attention of a wiggly three year old boy. The new park addition today was a firetruck with slides, monkey bars, and of course the steering wheels of the firetruck.  It is a beautiful tribute and I know many will enjoy the addition for years to come.
